JAKT is a woman-owned and operated soap company based in Salisbury, CT, inspired by a shared love of learning and creativity. The idea and original recipe came from my husband, Kurt, a science teacher, whose curiosity sparked our first experiments in soap-making. As an educator and counselor, I’ve since taken that foundation and built JAKT into a small business that blends science and artistry to create beautifully and thoughtfully crafted soaps. Named for our family—Jade, Alessi, Kurt, and Taliah—our products reflect the passion, care, and love poured into every bar.
